Return & Exchange Policy

1. General Overview

  1. Eligibility: Returns are accepted only for firearms and accessories purchased directly from our website and if they meet the requirements outlined below.
  2. Timeframe: All return requests must be initiated within 5 days of delivery for firearms and 14 days of delivery for accessories and non-serialized items.
  3. Proof of Purchase: A valid order number and/or receipt must be provided for any return or exchange request.

2. Firearms Return Criteria

  1. Inspection at Transfer:
    • Once a firearm is delivered to your selected Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, you (the customer) are responsible for inspecting the firearm before completion of the transfer.
    • If any damage or defect is found, do not accept the transfer. Immediately notify us and the FFL dealer. We will provide instructions on how to return the item.
  2. Transferred Firearms:
    • All sales are final once the firearm transfer is completed and you have taken possession from the FFL dealer. We cannot accept returns on firearms that have been transferred, unless the firearm is found to be defective and covered under the manufacturer’s warranty.
  3. Manufacturer Defects:
    • If a firearm is confirmed to be defective, it will typically be serviced or repaired under the manufacturer’s warranty. We will assist in coordinating repairs with the manufacturer whenever possible.

3. Accessories & Non-Serialized Items

  1. Return Condition: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging for a return to be considered.
  2. Defective Items: If you receive a defective accessory (e.g., magazine, scope), please contact us within 5 days of receipt. We will process a replacement, exchange, or store credit once the defective item is returned.

4. Return Process

  1. Authorization: All returns must be pre-approved by contacting our Customer Service to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number or label.
  2. Shipping:
    • You are responsible for properly packaging and shipping the return, using the carrier of your choice, unless we provide a prepaid return label.
    • Items must be shipped within 5 business days of receiving the RMA number.
  3. Inspection & Refunds:
    • Returned items will be inspected upon receipt.
    • If the return is approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method (less any restocking fees).
    • Refund processing typically takes 7–10 business days from the date we receive the item.

5. Restocking Fees

  • We reserve the right to charge a 10–20% restocking fee on returned firearms and accessories.
  • No restocking fee will apply if the return is due to our error or a manufacturer defect.

6. Non-Returnable Items

Special Orders or Customized Items: Items that are special-ordered or customized (e.g., custom finishes, engravings) are not eligible for return. automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Ammunition: For safety and legal reasons, we do not accept returns on ammunition.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at {email address}.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at {email address} and send your item to: {physical address}.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will find out about your return.

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: {physical address}.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
