If CMMG, Inc. determines there is a defect in materials or workmanship, CMMG, Inc. will repair, replace, or substitute part(s), as determined in the sole and absolute discretion of CMMG, Inc., at no charge to the purchaser, provided however, CMMG, Inc. will not provide cash, credit, refund, or pay a third-party to repair the product. If CMMG, Inc. elects to replace the product, CMMG, Inc. is entitled to keep the product that it replaces. Any unauthorized permanent modifications to the product will automatically void this Limited Warranty.
